My daughter Kiana and her little dog Bella are totally bestest friends- sleeping together, running, bike riding and doing homework. Actually the dog has some seperation anxiety issues when Kiana is not around...not that that is good. Your daughter will especially love Annie when she gains two siblings and has to share her mom and dad. Annie will be her own private cuddle bug. Consider a leash and collar for Annie and attach it to your waist, or Delaney's waist (as long as she doesnt pull her too hard). The dog will get use to being a constant companion by your/her side. Now quick, before you do anything else- bring Annie to a great vet to get totally checked out while still "under warrenty" from the pet store. A huge majority of puppy mill dogs have health problems of some sort or another and should Annie have any issues the pet store will be obligated to help pay.
